On 15 July 2024, the Ilia Chavchavadze Museum in Batumi hosted the presentation of the latest novel by young writer Nodar Macharashvili - "The Galilean Fisherman." The book tells about the life, missionary work, and martyrdom of the Apostle Peter and the 12 disciples of Christ. The presentation was attended by Akaki Dzneladze, Deputy Minister of Education, Culture and Sports of Ajara, Ketevan Dumbadze, Director of the House of Writers of Georgia, and other representatives of the literature-loving community.The meeting was held in question-and-answer mode. During the meeting, the worthy descendant of Nodar Dumbadze, a third-grade student of the private school "Euro-2000" in Batumi, Elene Shalikadze, presented a portrait of Grandpa Nodar as a gift.
