კოლექციის შესახებ

    მ.ჩიგარევი. ,, სხალთის   ეკლესია.’ ტილო,ზეთი.შესრულებულია  1954 წელს 

     სხალთის ეკლესია- ქრისტიანული კულტურის შესანიშნავი კერა მდებარეობს ხულოს რაიონში. ეკლესიის აგების ზუსტი თარიღი უცნობია. მკვლევართა აზრით, იგი ქართული ხუროთმოძღვრების აყვავების ხანას XIII ს. მიეკუთვნება. ეკლესიის ეზოში არის მცირე ეკლესიის შენობის საძირკვლის ნაშთები. სხალთის ეკლესიის აგება და ხატებით შემკობა აბუსერისძეთა სახელს უნდა უკავშირდებოდეს.

 Skhalta Church - an excellent center of Christian culture is located in Khulo district. The exact date of construction of the church is unknown. According to scholars, it dates back to the heyday of Georgian architecture in the XIII century.  In the churchyard are the remains of the foundation of a small church building. The construction of the Skhalta church and the decoration with icons should be connected with the name of the Abuserisdzes.
