About the program

The purpose of the program is to introduce the oldest Colchian traditions of this field of folk crafts; development of students' practical and creative skills.
The program offers students an introduction to traditional and modern pottery technologies based on the ceramic artifacts kept in the museum. After passing the theoretical course, the students, if they wish, will be able to carry out a hands-on activity - making a copy of the artifact.
Applicants will work in the exhibition hall of the museum and in the ceramic workshop.

The program is intended for: V-XI class students.
Duration of the program: 60-90 minutes.
Time of holding: by prior arrangement
Venue: Ceramic Workshop of the Archaeological Museum.
