About the collection

Akaki Dzneladze - Painting, restoration. Studied at the St. Petersburg Ilya Repin Art Institute at the easel painting restoration department at the studio of Mikhail Deviatov (1979-83). He works in the genre of portrait, still life, landscape, creates thematic compositions. On the golden background of the picture, a portrait of a boy, painted in a realistic manner is clearly visible, whose childish gaze is directed towards the viewer. To the right of the composition, there is also a realistically painted apple tree, which responds to the biblical motif - "the tree of knowledge". In order to strengthen the will and develop morality, God gave man the commandment not to eat the fruit of one of the trees of paradise. Thus, certain symbolic intonations can be read in the represented work.
