About the exhibition

At Ajara Museum - Ajara Art Museum, on December 19, an evening dedicated to the 25th anniversary since the establishment of Ajara Art Museum - "a quarter of a century" was held.
The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports of Ajara Maia Khajishvili, deputies, representatives of the City Hall and City Council and other officials were present at the evening.
Zviad Bolkvadze and Abkhazia State Choral Capella performed musical numbers at the anniversary evening.
 At the event, a fabulous New Year's atmosphere was created with characteristic architecture and various works of art. A video collage was presented, which was filled with footage of events and projects carried out in the museum during twenty-five years of its existence. Students of the University of Arts brought the exhibits to life and offered an interesting performance to the guests.
At the anniversary evening, the director of Ajara Museum Teona Zoidze, awarded the employees of the art museum for their long and fruitful work in the museum.
The creative Christmas tree, decorated with balls, which were hand-painted by the artists working at LEPL Ajara Museum, was impressive to the visiting guests. For this effort the museum directorate thanks the artists.
At the end of the event, fireworks were launched in a solemn atmosphere and the anniversary cake was cut.
