Portrait
Portrait Program overview - students will learn about portrait- one of the most difficult genres of painting. A portrait is usually painted during the posing a person (model), and it directly expresses the individual qualities of this person (portrayed), his soul, psychological type, social situation, in some cases even the era, besides, the artist's attitude towards the model can be read in the skillfully painted portrait. Students will see the pictorial portraits presented in the main exposition, get acquainted with the works of famous Georgian artists (E. Oniani, M. Toidze, G. Gabashvili, E. Bagdavadze and others). They will also get acquainted with the reproduced works of world masterpieces. Write down the terms and their definitions. The program also includes an interactive game - "Alive portrait in a frame". The program is intended for 8-15 year -olds.
