About the collection

Luka Beselia - Painting, art of stage design . Studied at the faculty of stage design at Tbilisi Academy of Arts at the studio of the prominent artist Farnaoz Lapiashvili (1991-97). A tree,reaching the sky is depicted  in the conventional space surrounded by massive stone walls, the boulder is placed on a stone plinth to the left, and a cypress stands to the right. The unusual plot and the unreal lighting give the work a fantastic shade.
