A public lecture was held at Ajara Khariton Akhvlediani Museum on the topic: "The events of 18 - 20 March 1921 in Batumi".
The famous General Giorgi Mazniashvili defeated a large army of Turks with the support of the guardsmen remaining in Batumi and the population and held Ajara in Georgia.
 The lecture was conducted by the head of Ajara Khariton Akhvlediani Museum, Professor Otar Gogolishvili.
