About the exhibition

On August 31, an exhibition entitled ''The centuries-old history. Church and Monasteries of Ajara'' at the Museum of Religion. Paintings and graphics as well as a model of the Church of the Holy Trinity were shown in the exhibition. The guests and visitors had the opportunity to learn about the wonderful nature of the beautiful region - Ajara, traditions, and interesting stories told through the exhibited works. At the end of the event, the artist Jimson Gurgenidze donated a model of the Church of the Holy Trinity to the museum, and the artist Nadezhda Dabizha donated a graphic painting of the Church of the Nativity of the Mother of God.
