From 19- 08 -15-09,  Emzar Kakhidze, Head of Batumi Archaeological Museum, was invited to the German Archaeological Institute (DAI) to supplement the dissertation - "The Roman Empire and the South-Eastern Black Sea Coast 1st - 5th centuries AD" with modern literature, defended in 2002.

The publication of the mentioned work is planned for 2023.

During the period at the German Archaeological Institute,  Emzar Kakhidze attended the ongoing the Lime Congress in the city of Nijmegen (Netherlands) and participated in the session - "Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa".

As a result, in 2024, Lime Congress will be held in "Batumi -City of Museums".
