From 9 to 12 July 2024, the staff of the LEPL Ajara Museum - restorers Mary Kulejishvili, Archil Malakmadze, and artist-restorer Guram Gujabidze - completed an internship in the restoration laboratory of the Vani Archaeological Museum to improve their restoration skills. In the restoration laboratory of the Vani Museum, our employees had the opportunity to observe the restoration process, participate directly in the restoration of glass and clay, and study modern restoration methods, techniques, and methods for the production of usable materials, as well as the principle of glue dilution. Salome Akhaladze, the restorer of the Vani National Museum, led the masterclass.
